This card comes with a control panel interface where you can set things up according to your preferences. The default settings are just fine for me so I did not really do any customization there. If you are a gamer however, you need to manipulate things there and find the settings that best fit your game requirements.

Testing it with Photoshop

I use Adobe Photoshop Extended so it has 3D tools. Before having this card, I could hardly use those 3D functions since the software is lagging. When I used this GT630 however, things are going on smoothly! I can make any 3D shapes, drag them around, rotate them, scale them, and do whatever, with ease.

Then in Premiere Pro

I’m a hardcore video editor and in this job, I need as high quality equipment as possible. Most of the time, I edit HD videos and my old core2 duo cannot do the job anymore. That’s why I talked to my wife (thank God she agreed) and we bought an i7 powered computer. While the processor might be working great, I guess I still have to grab a powerful graphics card as well. After inserting inno3D in the motherboard, I tested how Premiere Pro performs. I played back HD videos and the result was great. It is playing it with no lags whatsoever.

Finally, in After Effects

Aside from video editing, I also do motion graphics through After Effects. Oftentimes however, there are some visual effects that I cannot apply because they need a lot of rendering power. With nvidia Geforce GT630, it changed my motion graphics designing tasks considerably. I applied a heavy effect called Fractal Noise in a layer, did an animation, and then tested how it plays back. The result was amazing since it just played it back smoothly. I still want to see its power so I tried another heavy effect called Trapcode Shine. I just placed 2 keyframes to animate the movement of the shine and played it back. Again, I the result was outstanding since it played with no lagging.

My initial testing results were pretty impressive. If you do some heavy computer tasks such as gaming, video editing, 3D animation, graphic designing, or what not, you should check out this video card. Where I Get The Best Adobe After Effects Templates

Whatever kind of AE template you need, Videohive got it all for you. They have video intros, video displays, logo strings, titles, elements, and infographics. Moreover, you can also grab some logo, news, and wedding templates. I do wedding AVPs most of the time and I love those wedding templates they have. They are all professionally made but are priced incredibly cheap. Those templates save me tremendous amount of time. Not to mention they look really great and they make my client so happy with my outputs (without them knowing I just used some templates

I also often go to Revostock and find high quality After Effects templates. They have collection of professional AE templates in many categories. You can literally have all things you want for your motion graphics works from this site.

Bluefx

Bluefx is another great place where I get awesome After Effects templates. Most of their templates are more expensive but are also usually longer. Moreover, I really like how those designs are well-placed. They got templates for corporate videos, weddings, intros, text animations, logos, news, and more. I’m really amazed with their business studios that can be used for as long as one hour. I haven’t tried those business studio templates yet but I might grab them soon. What I also like about Bluefx is that, they have video tutorials included, on how to customize their templates.

Videocopilot

Yeah, I know I have to mention Videocopilot here as well. The famous Andrew Kramer is teaching AE cool stuffs plus he is giving away his project files for free! You can see a lot of high quality designs in there that you can grab and use them for your project. Be careful however since Videocopilot is a popular site for AE artists and it is very possible that a lot of people like you already used those designs as well. Try your best to do as many customizations as possible whenever you use templates from this place.

Free AE Templates

If you don’t have a budget to buy templates yet, you can also visit Free AE Templates and grab cool free stuffs from there. Since these templates are free however, most of them are short and simple. There are still lots of great templates there however. In fact, I also got a lot of them that I used in my projects.

Those are the great places where I get the best Adobe After Effects templates. You can grab a lot of free stuffs from them but I suggest you rather buy paid templates since it is really worth it. You can do more with these premium templates. They can make you more productive and you can even impress more your clients.

While watching the news on TV, I learned that the Gangnam Style music video became the most viewed Youtube video in history so far. It just gained over 800 million views! But if you’re going to think about it, Gangnam Style is really not the best video on Youtube. There are lots of more informational and more intelligent videos there. My point here is that, your video doesn’t have to be intellectually made for it to go viral. In fact, it should not be geeky since videos that make “people’s nose bleed” will never go viral. Why? Because people don’t like to watch something that they cannot understand. They will only watch videos that are interesting to them. Learning Video Production From College

When we were young, we were told that we must get a course that is related to the things that we love to do. Thus, when you are about to go to college, you might choose a video production course if you love making videos. This is great and I also encourage you to do so. Just find the nearest university in your area that offers a video production course, and enroll to that school. Let me just warn you that you might be spending money more than you need to, in learning how to make videos. You might also be required to get subjects that you are not really interested with. However, learning from a university is also great since you can meet a lot of people and learn things with classmates and teachers.

I know a lot of professional video makers who never earned a BS degree in filmmaking. They simply learned things by experience. Adobe Premiere Pro

Since its 6.0 version, I have been using Adobe Premiere Pro. Even if there are also other great video editing software out there such as Sony Vegas and Final Cut Pro, I will still use Premiere. The main reason is that, I have been using this software for a long time and I already know its ins and outs. I don’t think I have to spend another times again in learning other programs. Moreover, since I’m using other Adobe programs, it is better for me to use Premiere for file compatibility.

Premiere is probably the most used video editing software by professionals, since it includes a lot of great features. The most current versions which are CS5, CS5.5, and CS6 can import native HD videos in many formats. I am currently using an Intel i7 processor and it works great with Premiere and other Adobe programs.

Adobe After Effects

After Effects is one of the best programs of Adobe for me. It helps me a lot in creating cool motion graphics, 3D photomontage, simple animations, video effects, titles, and a lot more. I have been using this software for more than 3 years already but I haven’t played with all its features yet. It really has a lot of great effects to offer.

Adobe Photoshop

Photoshop is very useful to any graphic designers. For video editing and motion graphics, it is useful in preparing materials for animations in After Effects. It is also a great program that I use to make titles for my videos. Since I do 3D photomontage a lot, it is the software that I use to extract my subjects before importing them to After Effects.

3D Studio Max

I just know the basics of 3D Studio Max and I only use it occasionally. It is helpful in creating 3D graphics and animations that After Effects cannot create.

Adobe Illustrator

I’m also not very good yet with Illustrator but I am using it sometimes. This program is very useful in creating vectors that I can animate in After Effects.

Those are the programs that I use for my video editing workflow. The most important for me is the Adobe Premiere since it is where almost everything happens. After Effects and Photoshop usually helps only in creating effects and few animations. Adobe programs might be more expensive than other software but they are really worth it, especially for professional video editing.

Included in the kit is its primer guidebook entitled No Budget Filmmaking Guidebook, many more “guide” books, forms and contracts essential in filmmaking, and software for making a film. Moreover, some of the books are available for digital download (PDF version).

What Is In It

The kit is, in a way, all-inclusive. It contains the primer guidebook, and other supportive books/guides that contain almost all aspects of filmmaking (including professional tips, and some secrets to success). It includes 32 forms and contracts that are essential in the entire filmmaking process. It also has free software that is compatible for Apple and Windows computers.

Moreover, the book HOW TO START YOUR OWN Wedding Video Business is a helpful addition. Wedding videography is one of the best ways to earn funds for future projects, and this book has successfully covered this matter.

What Is Supposed To Be In It

Although it covers almost all basic information in filmmaking, it has some disappointments. In the table of contents of some of the included books, there are no corresponding page numbers or that part of a book is not found.  The number of pages to cover a topic is also limited and have been discussed in a generalized manner with few specifications. I’ll be waiting if there will be some revisions concerning this matter.

Furthermore, it does not contain supporting pictures, graphics, diagrams, or even a simple drawing. Explanation to a topic is important, and gains the most focus, but illustration to every explanation is of equal importance.

In the forms and contracts, an overview page may be a nice inclusion. It should briefly explain the use of this forms and contracts in relation to filmmaking. This is very helpful, especially for amateur videographers.

What Is Not Supposed To Be In It

One fault that is committed in the guide books is redundancy. Some information that was covered from the primer is then again covered in one or two of the guidebook(s) included in the kit. Moreover, it includes minor errors in grammar and spelling. However, it is a self published book, so it is somewhat expected.

What It This All About

The No Budget Filmmaking Ultra-pack by Jason Martin and others is an honest kit that is made out of good intentions. It presents useful information from the author’s experience and tips from professionals all regarding and concerning filmmaking. This information is easy to understand and incorporate when making a movie, video, or feature. Moreover, being a kit, the additional forms and contracts, plus the free software, completes the filmmaking experience.

Pros

1. Fit for action videos
